1. What data we process

We only collect the data needed to answer your enquiry and deliver our services:

•Contact details you give us yourself: name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

•Client data once an agreement is in place: billing and payment details, correspondence and credentials for the marketing accounts you give us access to.

•Technical data about your visit: IP address, browser type, device, referring page and which pages you view.

•Newsletter: email address and a record of when you subscribed.

We do not process sensitive personal data, and we do not target children under 15.

3. Cookies

We use necessary cookies, which are required for the website to work, as well as statistics and marketing cookies, which are only set if you give consent. Necessary cookies do not require consent.

You can withdraw your consent or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

4. Disclosure and data processors

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with suppliers who process data on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Specifically, we use Vercel Inc. to host this website and Resend to deliver messages from the contact form to us, alongside providers of CRM, accounting and advertising platforms.

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure a valid transfer basis, typically the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. Retention

•Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement: deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact.

•Client data: kept for the term of the agreement and for up to 3 years afterwards for documentation and potential claims.

•Accounting records: 5 years from the end of the financial year they relate to, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

•Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, after which proof of consent is kept for up to 2 years.

6. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:

7. Security

We protect your data with technical and organisational measures, including encryption of traffic, need-to-know access control, two-factor authentication on critical systems and ongoing staff training.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we process your personal data, please contact us first. You can always complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.

9. Changes

We update this policy whenever our processing of personal data changes. The current version is always on this page, showing the date it was last updated.
